Electrical Construction Manager / Works Manager

Circa 350/day Ltd / CIS

A specialist M&E subcontracting company is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager / Works Manager to oversee the electrical installation of a 500M Energy for Waste plant in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage large-scale industrial projects with complex construction requirements
  2. Lead a team of up to 100 operatives, setting daily installation targets and monitoring progress
  3. Review drawings and identify best installation methods and design issues
  4. Ensure compliance with CMS, cabling, earthing, and testing standards
  5. Hold a minimum SMSTS certification
