**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bid Content Specialist to join our dynamic business development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, compelling bid proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients in the Soft FM sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and write high-quality bid proposals for Soft FM contracts, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each opportunity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for bid submissions, ensuring all bids are compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the timely submission of all bid documents.
- Develop and maintain a library of standard bid content and templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our bid process.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform our bid strategy.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Bid Content Specialist, preferably in the Soft FM sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce accurate and persuasive content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
