Job Title: Litigation Claims Paralegal

Overview: We are seeking dedicated paralegals to join our esteemed legal litigation team. Ideal candidates will possess experience or a strong enthusiasm for managing claims. This position entails overseeing claims from inception to resolution, with the ability to handle a caseload autonomously. We encourage applications from individuals with or without LPC qualifications, provided they demonstrate a genuine interest in this field.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with a vibrant department, tackling intricate cases while potentially receiving support for further advancement through the SQE pathway.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee claims and maintain comprehensive records utilizing a case management system
  • Facilitate negotiations for settlements and engage in litigation as necessary
  • Interact with stakeholders and external parties to advance claims towards successful recovery
  • Conduct discussions regarding claims via telephone and work towards amicable settlements
  • Efficiently manage an individual caseload, adhering to deadlines and achieving set targets
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work cohesively within a team environment

Qualifications:

  • LPC is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience is required
