Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP, particularly in the PTP (Procure to Pay) domain. The ideal candidate will possess between 12 to 16 years of SAP expertise, with a minimum of 10 years dedicated to the MM (Materials Management) area, including a proven track record of 5 successful end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collect and structure business/user requirements while conducting feasibility analyses.
  • Design applications for systems architecture and integration.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to meet the evolving demands of the business.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and provide production support, focusing on business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive technical and functional specification documentation.
  • Develop and execute system/unit test plans, including user acceptance testing.
  • Formulate implementation schedules and oversee system deployment.
  • Ensure that project success criteria are consistently achieved.
  • Foster robust relationships with IT and business peers to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple SAP implementation projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of materials management and logistics execution functionalities, including MRP, requisition, purchase order, inventory management, and material valuation.

Additionally, familiarity with various procurement processes such as intra-company and intercompany procurement, third-party order processing, and subcontracting is essential. Knowledge of import processing and/or SAP-EWM is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with a collaborative team spirit and a strong independent work ethic.
