Role Purpose
As a Lease Analyst, you will collaborate with the Parks management team to ensure systems are current, analyze relevant data, and assist in management reporting across various client portfolios within the parks sector. This role will involve a balanced focus on lease administration and data management, including system evaluations, variance reporting, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support property management operations by maintaining accurate lease records and data integrity.
  • Oversee the complete data change control process.
  • Compile and generate management reports from diverse data sources.
  • Conduct variance analysis and exception reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses related to lease and property data.
  • Execute regular data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with facilities managers, building managers, client accountants, and other internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance standards, including MAPP policies and RICS and ISO regulations.

Required Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in property management, particularly in lease management and administration.
  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality records and data accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
  • Experience in variance analysis and identifying discrepancies in data.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.

Work EnvironmentWorking Hours: Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.
