Qualifications

Required

  • GCSE English Language, Grade C (4) or above (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in word processing and typing skills (RSA II or equivalent).

Experience

  • Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with various IT applications, including Microsoft Office.
