Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of insurance reinstatement projects, primarily focusing on residential properties with average repair project values ranging from £10,000 to £30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, program, and manage the execution of residential refurbishment projects following insurance claims.
  • Manage spend and profit budgets on each project, ensuring optimal profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Allocate and schedule resources, including direct trades and sub-contractors, to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage and monitor contract variations, minimizing delays and ensuring profitability.
  • Address any issues that arise and manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing medium to high-value repair projects from inception to completion.
  • A strong background in residential property building and refurbishments, with experience in managing direct trades and sub-contractors.
  • Familiarity with Symbility (or similar software) is an asset.
  • A full UK driving license is required.

Package Details:

  • A competitive salary of £43,000-£45,000.
  • A car or allowance, paid holiday, pension, and profit share.
