  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and ship inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Auction Preparation: Prepare items for sale, including photographing and cataloging, to ensure timely and accurate auction listings.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Auction Sale Viewing and Releasing: Conduct thorough inspections of auction items, ensuring accurate descriptions and condition reports.
  • Bidder Support: Assist bidders with registration and payment processing, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and send engagement letters, inventories, and reports, as well as create PDF documents and fee notes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, buyers, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365, with a strong understanding of Excel and Word.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 1 year minimum warehouse experience and a valid driving license.
