Role Overview

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, encompassing both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance on DC motors and associated drives, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain and repair process control equipment, contributing to efficient production processes.
  • Execute electrical and mechanical installation work, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Implement and manage planned and preventative maintenance systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan.
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns on industrial systems, utilizing your technical expertise to restore functionality promptly.
  • Perform repairs on our PVCu recycling extrusion plant and equipment, ensuring its efficient operation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC systems, demonstrating your proficiency in automation technologies.
  • Valid driver's license, enabling you to travel to various sites as required.
