Role Overview:

As the Quality Manager, you will be pivotal in driving a culture of quality and excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards, and managing a team of three direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the quality team to adhere to company policies and achieve quality objectives.
  • Set quality targets, analyse performance data, and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits and manage calibration requirements.
  • Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, incidents, and quality escapes; participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and plans to meet customer quality standards consistently.
  • Set QA compliance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
