Field Service Engineer

At Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., we're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Perth and the surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Managing your time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress
  • Managing stock levels in your van day by day

Requirements:

  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of £32,650 per annum, with the potential to earn £37,304 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements
  • Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum
