About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centres, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the integrity of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to candidate queries and concerns.
  • Check candidate ID documents and book them in on our system.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of tests are maintained at all times.
  • Supervise and invigilate tests, explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries.
  • Review tests and test centre schedules, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs, adhering to the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
