Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to lead our mental health rehabilitation unit in Surrey. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and supervise nursing staff effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Provide expert guidance on nursing care and hold a key role in the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative environment to enable ward members to reach their potential and maximize their ability to provide high-quality care.
  • Ensure a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
