Technical Project Manager - Fixed Income Technology

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to enhance our Fixed Income Quantitative Technology division. In this position, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders to propel initiatives and deliverables that support our expanding Fixed Income operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, Business Managers, and Technology teams to establish project scope and objectives
  • Evaluate requirements and convert them into actionable projects and tasks
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct acceptance testing
  • Promote teamwork across departments and drive technical coherence
  • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies proactively
  • Manage communication and expectations with stakeholders
  • Identify and implement enhancements to processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD tools, and project management methodologies
  • Proficient in project management software such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Software Engineering
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Microservices, gRPC, C++, Java
  • Project Management certification
  • Understanding of Financial Markets or Quantitative Engineering in Fixed Income, Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX
