Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at G2 Legal Limited in Leeds. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancers to achieve conversion and customer service targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support, including electronic and paper file management
  • Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties for information and documentation
  • Chasing monies from lenders, customers, and other solicitors
  • Dealing with completions, exchanges, and completions
  • Inputting and interpreting data, such as redemption figures
  • Interpreting and inputting mortgage offers on purchase transactions
  • Dealing with enquiries on sale transactions

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the market's most established conveyancing solicitors and fee earners, providing a great platform for you to learn and progress in your career.
