The Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at our Hayes store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Provide training and development opportunities for Sales Consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of Mamas & Papas
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical moments for families
