Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. As a key member of our Treasury Department, you will play a critical role in managing financial risks, optimizing cash flows, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Input: Collaborate with our Treasury team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives.
- Treasury Management: Oversee daily and intra-day cash management, including the management of cash balances and the execution of securities dealing.
- Market Risk: Manage our ongoing hedging programs, execute new derivatives, and monitor Foreign Exchange transactions.
- Treasury Markets: Develop and maintain relationships with our Treasury counterparties, propose new Treasury products, and monitor counterparty credit risk.
- Treasury Policies and Procedures: Maintain and update Treasury policies and procedures, including counterparty credit risk, dealing procedures, intraday liquidity, and Treasury Management System (TMS) procedures.
- Financial Markets Knowledge: Proven expertise in financial markets, including derivatives, securities, and cash management.
- Treasury Management Systems: Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ability to maintain and update system procedures.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and adopt a hands-on approach to day-to-day treasury management.
- Treasury Markets Experience: Experience gained within a regulated firm, preferably a retail deposit-taking and corporate lending institution.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulation and requirements facing banks and Treasury.
- Risk and Compliance: Understanding of risk and compliance principles and ability to apply them in a Treasury context.
