Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated first opinion team at Crown Vets in Inverness. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in setting professional and clinical objectives, working closely with our Practice Director to drive business performance and growth.

Our team is comprised of 12 Veterinary Surgeons, 12 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a range of support staff. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression. Our Clinical Lead will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional patient care.

Our Clinical Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading our first opinion team and setting clinical objectives
  • Working closely with our Practice Director to drive business performance and growth
  • Mentoring and guiding our team members
  • Ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes
