Job Description

**Job Title:** Inventory Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Peppermint Bars & Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory systems, including stock ordering, stock taking, and maintaining optimal PAR levels.
  • Work closely with the Senior Inventory Manager to ensure maximum utilization of warehouse stock.
  • Proactively manage each venue's process and system for stock ordering, stock taking, and maintaining optimal PAR levels.
  • Assist the Head of Procurement in buying better for each venue, utilizing our network of wholesalers, RTMs, and our own warehouse stocks.
  • Monitor all brand deals to ensure they are followed and terms are met, both in regards to venue and brand commitments.
  • Provide regular financial reporting, including specific actionable feedback and action plans.
  • Constantly review key commercials and strive for improvement.
  • Work with all departments and suppliers to track our carbon emissions with a view to Net Zero by 2027.
  • Support each venue with onsite team training and development.
  • Work with the Head of Concessions to ensure food and beverage offerings meet business, client, and customer needs.
  • Assist the Festivals Inventory Manager during periods of quiet.
  • Venue, festival, or club management.
  • Stock system, process, and analysis experience.
  • High-level Excel and other relevant systems for stock management and reporting.
  • A solid understanding of UK alcohol beverage brands and SKU types.
  • Considerably strong numerical skills with experience reviewing large data sets.
  • UK Right to Work with an in-date passport for travel abroad.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience.
  • Project Management.
  • Travel and Other requirements:
    • Hybrid/flexible working is possible. At least one day a week is required at our Head Office (London) during the summer months (unless on multiple venue visits).
    • This will include overseas occasionally.
    • Travel, accommodation, and expenses are available as part of the role.
