Your Responsibilities:
  • Receive clear instructions from Branch Managers, Workshop Controllers, Parts Controllers, and Sales Managers.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for new and used vehicles through meticulous valeting procedures.
  • Operate steam cleaning equipment and ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
  • Manage stock levels of valeting supplies for commercial vehicles, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Present and maintain a visually appealing vehicle lineup that adheres to display standards.
  • Start and maintain batteries on all stock vehicles, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles promptly and professionally, prioritizing clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you will possess previous experience as an HGV Driver with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. A meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer focus, and a proactive approach are essential qualities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues effectively.
