About the Role

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your keen eye for detail and passion for cutting-edge design will be essential in driving the success of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore product issues, develop design solutions, and support projects from idea to delivery.
  • Contribute to and improve processes and frameworks to enable consistency and efficiency of digital assets.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences and work across the lifecycle of a product feature.
  • Actively contribute to the creative process by offering input, providing feedback, and sharing ideas.
  • Plan, brief, collaborate, and/or conduct user tests to research and validate proposed designs.
  • Presentation of product design ideas/solutions to cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Figma and virtual whiteboarding tools like Miro or Mural.
  • Knowledge of interaction design and user experience best practices.
  • Ability to create and update design systems and version control tools/processes.
  • Familiarity with agile processes and development languages like HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with user research techniques and reporting.
