What Skills and Experience We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have qualifications to GCSE Level standard or equivalent, knowledge and understanding of pupils with social and emotional difficulties, and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing.

Further Details About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and Inclusion Manager to support the implementation of person-centred planning and targets for SEND children. You will also liaise with external SEND or health professionals to ensure that advice on provision for individual SEND children is effectively implemented.
