Role Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and oversee commercial and procurement initiatives on behalf of CCS and its strategic partners. Your contributions will be vital in achieving commercial excellence through effective management of the procurement lifecycle. You will provide a client-focused service, gaining insights into business needs and stakeholder motivations, positioning yourself as a trusted commercial advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing collaborative market strategies for government procurement.
- Executing complex commercial agreements while maintaining compliance with evolving procurement regulations.
- Leading a team to enhance their confidence and commercial acumen, driving performance and addressing challenges.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strategic oversight and management of Non-Clinical Staffing and Supply Teachers categories.
- Expertise in commercial contract and supplier management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in coaching and leading teams to achieve high performance.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics related to the Non-Clinical Staffing sector.
