{"Purpose of Job": "To ensure the optimal performance of building systems, including air conditioning, electrical, and mechanical systems. To carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.", "Key Responsibilities": "
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  2. Identify and report any issues or defects with the systems, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with the site management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the systems are properly maintained and upgraded.
  4. Supervise and monitor the work of subcontractors and ensure they are performing to the required standards.
  5. Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and accurate records are maintained.
  6. Develop and implement procedures to ensure the safe operation of the systems and compliance with BGIS Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client requirements.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team on site.
  8. Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment, including the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times.
  9. Ensure the professional image of BGIS is presented to clients at all times.
