Regulatory Compliance Specialist Required

Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited is a prominent entity in the design, development, and testing of specialized products for the aerospace and defense sectors. We are currently in search of a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and uphold the organization's compliance management frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for certification and regulatory body assessments, audits, and inspections.
  • Provide reports on the compliance management system's performance to the Group Compliance Director.
Main Duties:
  • Disseminate relevant compliance requirements throughout the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to functional audit compliance within business management processes.
  • Create performance metric reports for the compliance management system.
  • Identify necessary corrective actions and oversee their resolution.
  • Document, issue, and maintain compliance management systems and processes.
  • Conduct risk assessment procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of compliance management systems.
  • Establish and sustain a departmental framework to facilitate compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team on matters of performance, attendance, and employee relations.
  • Comply with established control systems and authority levels.
  • Strive to uphold high standards of corporate responsibility and citizenship.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant experience within the Aviation sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in a compliance-related position.
  • Familiarity with Management Systems and associated standards.
  • Proficient in the Windows operating system and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Industry Apprenticeship.
  • Qualifications in Compliance Assurance.
  • Recognized qualifications in management systems.
  • Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.

Salary:
