Axion Moore Group Ltd is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the M&A Director and executive team to drive strategic growth through acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, with experience in deal origination, execution, and completion. They will be responsible for conducting market research, evaluating target companies, and negotiating deals.
The M&A Manager will also be responsible for providing updates to the organisation's senior leadership team on deal progress, presenting financial information and deal structure in a clear and concise manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the M&A Director in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform deal decisions
- Negotiate deals with target companies and other stakeholders
- Provide updates to the senior leadership team on deal progress
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including accountancy firms, investment banks, and CF houses
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in M&A
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
