Position Overview

Dunster House Ltd is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Senior CAD Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily office-based and requires a strong background in CAD management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining 3D parametric CAD models and 2D technical drawings for production and customer guidance.
  • Updating and managing the CAD library with product components.
  • Translating technical drawings across different CAD platforms.
  • Modifying templates and engaging in hands-on prototype assembly.
  • Ensuring compliance with established rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing training and support to departmental staff as needed.
  • Reviewing instructions and 3D models for accuracy.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience with Autodesk Inventor, including part and assembly design.
  • Knowledge of Vault PDM systems.
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to learn about our product assembly processes.
  • A willingness to engage with DIY assemblers and visit production facilities.
