About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Class Teacher to join our team at High Crags Primary Leadership Academy. As a Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students and contributing to the academy's mission to provide a knowledge-based academic curriculum alongside a rich and diverse leadership programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
  • Contribute to the development of the academy's curriculum and policies.
