We are looking for a proactive and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a secure and efficient working environment for all personnel. This role involves leading a dedicated team and taking charge of the development and execution of our Asset Strategy, focusing on health and safety standards on-site.
Our establishment is a prestigious arboretum, covering 180 acres and featuring a rich variety of over 42,000 trees and shrubs, including notable species such as oaks, camellias, magnolias, and rhododendrons. Established as a charitable trust, our mission is to preserve and enhance this remarkable collection for the enjoyment of the public.
In recent years, we have seen a significant increase in visitor engagement, prompting the expansion of our team to better serve our audience and further cultivate our internationally recognized collection.
