You will oversee remuneration reports for Director and Executive levels, navigating policy frameworks and conducting comprehensive external remuneration analysis across the organization.
Additionally, you will spearhead executive remuneration initiatives, considering shareholder perspectives and broader stakeholder interests, as well as prevailing market practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating the strategy and methodology for Executive Reward, alongside developing policy frameworks.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards in processes and design.
- Leading a team of four specialists in Executive Reward.
- Coordinating and executing the annual reward and bonus cycle.
- Providing ongoing support to the Executive team with inquiries.
- Conducting external benchmarking.
- Meeting reporting and risk management obligations.
To qualify for this role, you should possess substantial expertise in Executive Reward, preferably within Financial Services or a Consultancy setting.
