Private Client Paralegal Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Private Client team, providing exceptional support in the preparation and submission of documents for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take instructions from clients and prepare draft documents for approval.
  • Present the firm's account promptly and secure immediate settlement.
  • Refer complex enquiries to senior members of the Private Client team.
  • Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and prepare and register documents following signature.
Requirements:
  • Pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Efficient and co-operative attitude.
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • PC literacy and accurate keyboard skills.
  • At least 12 months of experience in a busy Private Client department, with experience in drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • A law degree or LPC is desired, although not essential.
  • Ability to travel between offices.
