Senior IT Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Elevate Technology Group Ltd. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical support to clients, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proactively monitor and maintain clients' IT systems to minimize disruptions and downtime.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement new projects and solutions.
• Mentor junior members of the support team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support roles, preferably within the Managed Services Sector.
• Expert knowledge of Windows server environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive).
• Strong Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMWare etc.).
• Networking (Switching, Routing, Firewall Protocols).
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Azure, Entra, Intune.
