Job Title: General Office Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform data entry, word processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

  • Light duty work environment.
  • Minimal travel required.
