Job Summary

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Assistant to join our esteemed team at an outstanding Nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead educator in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning.
  • Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure children receive a well-rounded education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • CACHE Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in childcare, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK.
