About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams and sub-contractors on site, liaising with clients, and overseeing the direction of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their requirements are met.
  3. Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, including reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-end residential construction environment.
  2. Trade background, ideally in Carpentry.
What We're Looking For
  1. A strong background as a Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager looking to progress into their next role.
  2. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively.
  5. Relevant industry qualifications, including SMSTS and 1st Aid.
