Senior Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Handle Home, Motor, Travel, and High Net Worth Insurance policies
  • Deal with all aspects of Broking, New Business, MTA's, and Renewals for clients
  • Support customers with their Insurance needs, adhering to strict FCA, TCF, and MID regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations in service delivery
  • Be enthusiastic and positive in all interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Liaise with customers via telephone, written communication, and occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Confidence and experience with Personal Lines Insurance Policies with an Insurer or a Broker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
