Site Manager Opportunity at Vistry Devon South West

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Devon South West in Wadebridge, Cornwall. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the site-based team to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining excellent health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the site-based team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
