About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Loughview Leisure. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail in our guest bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the daily cleaning of assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
  2. Replenish brochures, paper goods, and consumables throughout the bedrooms and hotel.
  3. Maintain the laundry, storerooms, and cart/carry-tray.
  4. Ensure guest laundry is collected, charged, and returned to the guest in a speedy and accurate fashion.
  5. Log and store guest property left behind in a secure location.
  6. Action maintenance requests to comply with the hotel's quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
  7. Inform the Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor of any additional supplies and items needed.
  8. Attend off and on-the-job training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 6 months housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Previous cleaning experience.
