PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects within the commercial sector, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and scope satisfaction.
This role will involve working closely with the procurement team to ensure the correct materials and labor are allocated and scheduled to meet project deadlines and financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source and procure materials and labor, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring company standards of delivery are met, and staff performance, attendance, and morale are reviewed and addressed.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, preparing and maintaining relevant documents for site.
Requirements:
- Industry-recognized Project Management certification.
- HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- City & Guilds in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven track record of well-managed industry relationships.
- Full driving license.
