About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Ashby Court Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
