As a Contract Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing live production of broiler chickens from contract farms, ensuring animal welfare, food safety, and environmental safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with contract broiler producers
  • Ensure business integrity through collaboration with farm owners and staff
  • Provide technical support to farms
  • Contribute to market trend analysis and performance improvement
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize tasks for improvement
Requirements:
