Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our research team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local policies.
  • Screen, identify, and recruit patients for clinical trials, and follow up with them as required.
  • Ensure the rights, dignity, and confidentiality of research participants and their families are protected at all times.
  • Collaborate with clinical research associates, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, and contribute to the efficient set-up of new clinical trials.
  • Represent the research team at investigator meetings and conferences, and promote evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in clinical trials coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
