COREcruitment is collaborating with a prominent multi-site hospitality brand that operates over 15 venues in London. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead the sales initiatives for their event spaces.

The Business Development Manager will oversee both outbound and inbound sales efforts, managing the entire sales process from opportunity identification to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure all bookings and events are executed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue potential for the organization.
  • Ensure all sales inquiries, whether via email, phone, or in person, are addressed promptly and bookings are secured with the suitable offerings.
  • Proactively cultivate a network of contacts within local businesses, charities, public sector entities, and other potential booking sources.
  • Maintain and enhance digital listings while proposing new avenues for visibility.
  • Regularly follow up with past clients to foster repeat business, adhering to GDPR regulations.
