Job Title: Applications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Manager to join our IT team at ITS Recruitment | ITS Works. This is a new role that offers a unique opportunity to transform the way applications are managed and used in our expanding law firm.

About the Role:

The Applications Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our legal software applications and data systems, ensuring they align with business goals. This includes reducing the impact of differing working practices in the business through targeted IT training, leading the technical management of Practice Management, Document Management, Case Management, and CRM systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and optimize new systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT training programs to reduce the impact of differing working practices in the business.
  • Lead the technical management of Practice Management, Document Management, Case Management, and CRM systems.
  • Oversee software lifecycle management, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize new systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Work with users to define and implement new application workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support to the IT team and other departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, ensuring clear understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • Develop and champion data management policies, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with vendors for support, development, and project work, ensuring timely delivery of services.
