Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Explain the work due to be carried out on their vehicle, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied.
  • Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Call customers with progress updates and advise of any additional work required, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Liaise with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
  • Invoice work carried out, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Explain invoices to customers, taking payment and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Quote, introduce, and sell Service Plans to customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed, maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 12 months' experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Franchised Dealership experience.
  • Kerridge or Pinnacle experience.

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of £28,250.
  • On Target Earnings of £34,250.
  • Great Benefits Package.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm.
  • Saturday mornings on a rota.
