Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing talented SEN professionals in schools and educational settings across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, SEN professionals, and candidates
  • Sourcing Top Talent
    • Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Matching Candidates
    • Match candidates to suitable roles based on their skills and experience
  • Providing Support
    • Provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Business Development
    • Sourcing new clients through business development practices

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience of 360 education recruitment (Minimum 4 years ideally)
  • Skills
    • IT literacy, ideally with MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Education
    • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the SEN education sector
