White Goods Service Technician
Currys is seeking a skilled and experienced White Goods Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our home services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' appliances are in top working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company van and manage daily schedule effectively
- Test, diagnose, and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge to customers
- Build and maintain a positive reputation for Currys as a home services expert
Requirements:
- Proven experience in white goods repairs
- Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ideal ACS qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
