About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

What We Offer

As a Care Assistant with London Care Limited, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, with an additional £0.30 per hour for weekend shifts. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you must be able to work every other weekend or one day of every weekend.
