Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adapting your style to meet the needs of each individual or group
  • Work collaboratively with management and the team to deliver 14 great shifts and ensure every customer leaves happy
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring your approach to meet their needs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie
