Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our care home in Kidderminster. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide support and guidance to our care staff to ensure that our residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experience working with older adults
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
